It looks like you can cross this guy’s name off the list, because it looks as if he could be set for much bigger things in the near future.

Having been linked with Liverpool forward Rhian Brewster for a couple of weeks now, it appears as though interest has dies down on our side of the table, for the time being at least. A report from The Liverpool Echo claims that a number of clubs have reached out in hopes of bringing in the 20-year-old in on loan, but the Blades are not one of them.

The report later claims that if Jürgen Klopp and the Liverpool board cannot find the right move for him to make, either in the Premier League or abroad, then they are more than happy to let him challenge for a place in the first-team.

I’ve said before that I feel Brewster would be a great addition to the squad to add to our attacking threat, even if he doesn’t come in and score 20 goals for us (because we really don’t need him to in reality), so I am slightly disappointed to see that our name is no longer being linked with a move for him.

Will Brewster be a good addition to the side?

Yes

Yes

No

No

But having scored at a rate of a goal every other game in the Championship last season (a rate almost as good as Oli McBurnie before his move to us), it would certainly be an excellent starting point for us to work from.

I just hope that we have an adequate backup lined up, because we do need to add some goals to our team next season, but more on that later.
