Burnley comes into this fixture in fine form having lost once in all competitions this season, and currently sits top of the Championship table following ten victories from their nineteen matches played thus far (eight draws).

Unsurprisingly, the Clarets come into this fixture with five consecutive victories. Clarets boss Vincent Kompany is expected to be without midfielders Josh Cullen (knock), Ashley Westwood (broken ankle), as well as forwards Scott Twine (strain), and Darko Churlinov (knock).

The Lancashire club may field full-back Matt Lowton, who came through the Blades Academy system and played in the first team between 2010 and 2012, making 76 appearances (+35 as a substitute), and scoring an impressive 10 goals as a defender. He made his debut in a 1-1 draw at Cardiff City in April 2010. He was part of the squad which was, unfortunately, relegated from the Championship twelve months later as well as the 2012 League One Play-Off Final defeat to Huddersfield Town, before completing a £3million move to Aston Villa that summer.
