I don’t know what I’m more impressed at actually with this goal.
Is it the actual finish? Or is it the bizarreness of the celebration? I’m undecided on the matter, but I’ll let you guys argue in the comments over which one you prefer.
The goal in question came from our captain Billy Sharp during last season’s victory over Derby County. Sharp scored the opener in a 3-1 victory over the Rams, but he had to do a little bit of work to get the goal off the back of a Jack O’Connell cross, the picture in the match report demonstrates that pretty well.
Where will the Blades end the season?
Champions League
Europa League
Out of Europe
The club decided to showcase it yesterday in their latest ‘Goal of the day’ post and it certainly got some good responses from the fans on social media, with one fan going so far as to say it was a pretty important goal in their eyes.
Took my eldest that day to Anfield . Came into the lounge at HT to see the 🧅 bagger celebrate https://t.co/jbTXCVdouR

Great header by our captain in a great team performance in one of the defining results of last season.
