After the three game tour of Ireland came to an end at the weekend, the Blades now travel to Rotherham to take on the Millers this evening.
United have hardly set the world alight with their performances so far and manager Bryan Robson is hopeful that tonight will see a big improvement.
The manager told the official site, ‘I want the players to step up the tempo from where we have been so far.
‘With league season fast approaching, we need to up the quality and improve our passing.’
However, Robson is aware that Rotherham are arguably the Blades biggest pre-season test so far, and expects a good contest,
‘…they (Rotherham) will probably be of a slightly higher standard than our previous opponents, so the lads will have to lift their game.’
Kick-off is at 7.45pm, with tickets priced at £10 adults and £5 concessions.
