Danny Philliskirk has made his Bramall Lane move official as the international transfer window opens.
Philliskirk, who spent the second half of the season at Bramall Lane on loan from Chelsea was expected to seal his permanent deal come the Summer, and has done just that, putting pen to paper on a one-year deal.
The former Chelsea youngster, who is equally adept out wide or through the middle, is the second signing of the summer after Lescinel Jean-Francois and boss Danny Wilson is hoping to see the forward follow in father Tony’s footsteps.
‘I played with his father and if he is half the player Tony was then we have got a talent on our hands.
Danny will start with a clean slate like the rest of the squad and he is another player I am looking forward to working with.’
