Not like the marginal Brexit vote, more akin to Boris Johnson last December in terms of how the fans feel about this.
I’m talking of course about the goalkeeper position at Bramall Lane. It’s arguably been the most talked about position at the club for the past few months, with Uğurcan Cakir, Aaron Ramsdale, Dean Henderson and now Marco Bizot all having their names linked, it’s probably set to stay that way until someone puts pen to paper.
But just who will the club go for? Well if they ask the fans (not always the best idea), then it’s pretty clear who they want.

@The_Bladesman put up a poll on the weekend (before the Bizot report) asking fans who they wanted to see, with Turkish stopper Cakir sweeping to victory.
Deano is great and all but nothing like your own keeper. The speculation says it all for me, Chelsea, Liverpool etc have all been linked with cakir whereas ramsdale has only been linked with us. I think cakir has a higher ceiling compared to ramsdale and someone we can profit off

Now this is just the fans views and nothing official, but at least we know that a large portion of the fanbase wouldn’t be too disappointed if it were to happen.
