Young midfielder Harrison Neal has officially completed a loan move to League 2 side Barrow. The 21 year-old has today signed on a season-long loan.

Last season Neal saw two loan spells, one at Kettering Town of the National League North, and the other at Southend United in the National Premier League. Altogether the youngster featured 37 times last season during his loan moves, which saw him take a big leap in his progression.

This season Neal looks to take an even bigger leap after making the move to Barrow where he’ll be playing in League 2 this coming season. Neal captained Sheffield United’s u23’s side to a league title in the 20/21 season and United see him as a future first team player.

With Harrison Neal officially signing for Barrow this evening, he slots straight into Barrow’s starting lineup for their friendly against Witton Albion tonight.
