6 Players Who Should Be On Blades Radar This Summer

|

Jota – Birmingham City

With Kieran Dowell’s loan move from Everton coming to an end, United will be looking for an attacking-midfielder (AM) who can complement ‘Bouncing Day Massacre’ hero Mark Duffy.

Portuguese midfielder Jota has long been an admirer of many Championship clubs. His goal ratio isn’t great but he is quick on the ball and assisted 11 goals for the Blues this season. The St Andrews club have mostly played him out wide but a more attacking role would be effective in a United team.

Ryan Woods – Stoke City

Sheffield United end the Championship season at Stoke City this Sunday with one of the opposition potentially being on the Blades radar. Woods, 25 joined Stoke last January following a successful loan spell from Brentford.

The Potters will hope to keep hold of their star players if their ambition is to mount a serious attack on promotion next season.

Stoke may command a huge transfer fee but he would prove a great addition into midfield and would be like-minded for John Fleck who has played almost every game this season due to not having a like-for-like who can fulfil his role in the middle of the park.
