The central defender is currently playing his trade with Belenenses, who compete in the top division in Portugal. He was recommended to the Blades boss by as a possible signing by his assistant Stuart McCall, who saw him play in a game last Sunday.
‘The lad had a good physique but we won’t be taking it any further,’ Warnock told the Blades official site.
‘We are still looking at one or two others and our coach, Mick Jones, took in two games on Sunday and will watch another on Monday evening.’
