Sheffield United continued their push for an automatic promotion place with a 2-0 win at Oldham Athletic.

Second half goals from Mike Doyle and Dave Kitson marked boss Danny Wilson`s 100th game in charge and it was enough to keep the blades in second place in League One.

The clean sheet was their fifth in a row, their best run in the league since December 2002.

There was little change at the top of the table with five of the top six all winning.
