Sadly, due to other commitments, I am stepping down from my position as editor of Vital Sheffield United.
I wish I could carry on but at the moment I just don’t have the time to give the site the attention it deserves.
However, fear not, as a new editor has already been lined up to take over. I wish Coops all the best and hope he can make the site even more successful and lively.
I’d just like to thank everyone who has contributed to the site during the last year and hope you all continue to visit and give your input.
Finally, I wish I could be leaving with the confidence that a great season lies ahead, but yet another away defeat on Saturday has left me unsure of how things will go.
Robson appears to have picked up where Warnock left off in regards to our away performances and a big improvement is needed in the next few weeks.
Nevertheless, us Blades have had plenty of ups and downs over the years, and the last 12 months in particular, but we keep coming back.
Whether brilliantly loyal or fantastically stupid, this is Simon Tingle signing out.
