We’ve got a chance to build on the impressive win at the weekend as we look to further strengthen our play-off bid with a midweek fixture.
Sheffield United, fresh from the win at Bristol City, head to Meadow Lane to face Notts County tonight.
Notts County could give new loanee arrival Sean Newton a place in the squad but Jimmy Spencer (knee) is still out due to a long-term injury and loanees Kwame Thomas and Alefe Santos have returned to parent club Derby.
We’ll have to do without Jose Baxter (dead leg) it seems after he was forced off in the three-one win at Ashton Gate. Jamie Holt came in for him on Saturday and would likely do so again.
There aren’t any new injury concerns but Stefan Scougall (knee), Michael Higdon (hamstring) and ‘keeper Mark Howard (back) are still struggling, James Wallace is still out.
