Sheffield United defender Marcus Williams has left the club by mutual consent.
The 27-year-old has quickly moved to join League Two side Scunthorpe United on a one-and-a-half year deal after enjoying a successful loan spell with the club last month.
Williams made five appearances for Scunthorpe during a one-month loan spell at Glanford Park, only returning to Bramall Lane last week.
The defender made fifty appearances for Sheffield United during his two-and-half years at Bramall Lane.
