Sheffield United boss David Weir says there were many positives to be taken despite seeing his side beaten for a fifth game in a row and he says everything is going against them at the moment.
The blades went down to a 1-0 home defeat to Preston despite controlling much of the game, something Weir reflected on after the game.
Speaking on Radio Sheffield, Weir said, “There were so many positives today. We must have had 20 shots on goal and we have come away losing the game 1-0.
“We are very disappointed with the result. I thought we were creating chances and getting into good areas. They hardly had a shot on goal and the way it is going at the minute, everything is going against us and we are having no breaks and a lot of bad luck.
“We can`t keep coming out with the same stuff. There were good things today but the result is the be all and end all.”
The defeat sees the blades remain in the bottom three after picking up just one point since the opening game of the season.
