“No consideration for the fans”- Many Blades fans left seething at latest Premier League changes

I don’t think ‘changes’ are going to do much good when it comes to Sheffield United fans.

It probably won’t be until the whole thing is scrapped that many of us will be truly happy with the way things are going. I’m talking of course about VAR, because there is set to be some changes to it next season.

The Premier League announced yesterday that it will bringing its use of the technology in line with that of FIFA, and for a full rundown of what this means without going into too much detail here, I implore you to go and read Dale Johnson’s summation of it on Twitter.

Now the Blades are no stranger to controversy when it comes to technology helping make decisions this season, whether it be against Tottenham Hotspur for a fractional offside, or the debacle that was the game against Aston Villa.
