A recent poll on who has been Sheffield United’s best summer signing has ended with a clear win for Rob Hulse.

The ex-Leeds striker took 50% of the votes after his impressive performances so far this season. So far Hulse has managed to pay back Neil Warnock for the faith he put in him with three goals and a number of Man of the Match performances.

United’s £150,000 signing from Brighton, Colin Kazim-Richards, came in second place with 30% of the votes. CKR has had an encouraging start for the Blades and so far seems a snip at only £150,000.

United’s record ever signing Claude Davis came in joint third place with Leigertwood, each receiving 10% of the votes respectively.
