Sheffield United are set to take their case against West Ham and the Premier League to the High Court on Friday July 13th.
It is surely the last step, and last hope, for the Blades in their bitter struggle to find a just result from the Premier League.
Chairman Kevin McCabe told BBC Sport, ‘We are going to the High Court to appeal, and that date is 13 July.
‘I still believe Sheffield United have a legal case that can now be taken from what I loosely term the sporting courts to the commercial courts.’
