Kevin Blackwell said soon after his appointment in February that if he was to get the job on a permanent basis he would also be looking into the Football League Transfer Market for options, rather than strictly the Premiership.

Chris Powell: A very experienced left back, although this is unlikely to materialise as Powell took a coaching role when he joined the Addicks, and would not want to leave at this stage of his career.
Bruno N’Gotty and Patrick Kisnorbo: Can’t see how two defenders from a team that has just been relegated is expected to improve a team, but we do need cover at the back with on-loan John Halls having to deputise at Centre Half on more than one occasion this season.
Peter Halmosi: The Hungarian midfielder narrowly missed out on the Championship Team of the Year, and the former Debrecan star could be looking for new horizons in the summer away from a less than competitive Argyle side.
Kristian Timar Former Ferencvaros defender who impressed on loan with Argyle enough to gain a full transfer to the devon club. He would add competition and depth to the Blades defence.
