Gary Speed is the latest name to be linked with a move to Bramall Lane although it now appears that, like Stelios and Ivan Campo before him, he wants to fight for a place at Bolton.
It seems likely that if we do bring someone in, it will be a player from a Premiership club.
My feeling is that whilst a lot of players that Robson has looked at, particularly Speed and Savage, would improve the side mentally, we also need to look at improving the side in terms of physical attributes. Do we then need two midfielders? I think so. I’d like to see a leader arrive but also a pacey wide player. Anyone have any ideas for potential signings?
