Well, we managed to do without them last night, the question now is, will we be able to carry on without them for the next few games?
That’s the situation that Sheffield United find themselves in right now as Blades boss Chris Wilder revealed the injury status of some of the first-team squad.
Speaking ahead of Saturday’s game with Burnley, Wilder revealed that “Luke Freeman, John Fleck and John Lundstram are all out for two weeks”. Whilst their places in the first-team are pretty much covered, with the likes of Sander Berge for instance coming in and putting on a great show, it did leave the bench pretty empty, as we could only name seven of our permitted nine subs.
Are you worried about this injury news?
Yes
No
However, that didn’t seem to concern Blades fans too much on social media, indeed after the display last night, they seemed to brush off any concerns that they might have when it comes to team selection, with some saying it was a good chance for others to get more game time.
That’s not bad. We get to see Osborn play

Honestly, we don’t need to worry, just look at that performance last night, incredible, this team can do anything when they put their head to it ❤️⚔️

What about you? Do you think that we’ll be OK without these players for the next few weeks?
