Sky Sports are reporting an interest in Sheffield United striker Daniel Bogdanovic from SPL side Hibernian.
Hibs are suffering a terrible slump in form of late, which included defeat in the Scottish Cup at Dundee United yesterday, and could be tempted by the Maltese international.
With Derek Riordan missing, and Colin Nish struggling for form, Colin Calderwood’s men are lacking goals, and the former Nottingham Forest man could see Bogdanovic as the man to do that.
The Summer recruit from Barnsley has struggled to hold down a first-team place this season and may welcome a move north of the border.
The only thing keeping him at Bramall Lane, could be United’s involvement with the Maltese tourist board which some believe had a say in the initial transfer.
