Sheffield United crashed out of the Capital One League Cup to Burton Albion in the first round for the second season in a row at Bramall Lane.

Chris Hussey scored deep into injury time to send the League Two side through and condemn David Weir to his first defeat as United manager.

The Burton striker had fired the visitors into an early second half lead after a fairly even first half had ended goalless.

Ryan Flynn and Chris Porter both came close to bringing United level before Captain Michael Doyle scored with a left foot shot.

Hussey headed the winner in the fourth minute of injury time to send the travelling supporter`s home happy for the second season in a row having beaten United at Bramall Lane at the same stage last season.
