The Blades Team News:
Rob Kozluk, Craig Short and most vitally David Unsworth are all back into the squad to face our City rivals. Short was brought on in the final stages of the defeats at Leicester last week and also came through a midweek reserves game, along with Kozluk. Unsworth has been out of the last two games due to injury and suspension. Paul Shaw also played in that game after a long spell on the sidelines and could make the bench.
The game will see Alan Quinn, Leigh Bromby and possibly Derek Geary face their former employers for the first time, in what is sure to be an outstanding atmosphere.
Player to watch: Phil Jagielka
The return of Unsowrth and Short, should see Jags move back into his preferred midfield spot – the one in which he has performed to the level that could possibly attract more bids in excess of £5M in January.
Wednesday Team News:
Chris Eagles is expected to return whilst Lee Peacock is fighting to be fit after he picked up a neck injury. Steve Adams is fit again and Jon Paul McGovern, who was on loan with United a few years back, will return to the squad.
