Sheffield United boss Nigel Clough will add new signings John Brayford, Stefan Scougall and Bob Harris to the squad for the FA Cup tie with Fulham on Sunday.
The trio are all eligible for the game after signing for the club on Friday.
Clough will be without Billy Paynter, Elliott Woodhouse and Callum McFadzean who are all cup-tied.
Fulham boss René Meulensteen could make changes to his side for this clash with them in Premier League action against Swansea City just over 48-hours later.
Meulensteen has admitted that the Premier League will take preference in his squad selection.
Fernando Amorebieta will definitely be missing for Fulham through injury.
