SUFC Blades duo miss out on awards

Sheffield United duo Nigel Clough and Jose Baxter have missed out on the monthly awards in League One.

The pair were shortlisted for the manager and player of League One for December after the blades remained unbeaten during the month thanks to three goals from Baxter.

Brentford duo Mark Warburton and Sam Saunders took the awards.

Brentford won all four of their games in December under new manager Warburton whilst Saunders netted three times from midfield.
