Sheffield United have many promising youngsters in their development squad, one of which is Will Osula.
The 19 year-old Dane has been in fine form for Sheffield United’s u21’s over the past 12 months. Osula was brought on as a sub towards the back end of last season when the Blades struggled to have a senior forward fit. Osula showed great energy and a youthful fearlessness in those 5 substitute appearances last season.
He also made his mark in pre-season back in July, scoring twice against Lincoln City in a behind-closed-doors game at Shirecliffe.
There are lots of rumours circulating that Will Osula is a wanted man by Premier League clubs. In other news, Rotherham United were said to be monitoring the Danish native over a loan move.
The Millers boss, Paul Warne has weighed in on the speculation:
“I really like him. I am not trying to sign him, he is a very, very good player. I haven’t been told he’s available, I haven’t spoken to his agent, I haven’t spoken to him. Respectfully I think he is a really good player.” [The Star]
