There was disappointment in the air last weekend as Sheffield United arguably threw away a point in a very tough encounter with Leeds United at Bramall Lane as ultimately a defensive error cost us a share of the spoils, but on loan Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson came out of the 90 minutes with huge credit for his individual showing.
The 21-year-old has featured in all 20 Championship clashes so far as we ride high in the second tier table and having stepped up to the plate for manager Chris Wilder, numerous Blades fans would love to see us sign him on a permanent deal and no doubt his parent club are keeping a close eye on him.
The player himself took to Twitter this week and it left plenty scratching their chins as to what his exact meaning was.

Depending on how you’d like his personal future to develop you can read what you want into that and it may have meant nothing more than a little barb back at some criticism he’d taken on social media itself.
Yeah me too

Don't worry Deano, I've witnessed some of the best goal keeping performances in decades of watching the Blades. I just wish we could make your loan permanent.
