Sheffield United manager Kevin Blackwell has told his players what’s at stake as they look to get their promotion push back on track.

The Blades stop-start season took another set-back at the weekend as they were beaten by Crystal Palace, but tonight, they face a Peterborough United side who are almost getting the League 1 advertising boards ready, as their relegation is almost confirmed.

‘I want them all to know what is at stake and sometimes you can’t beat about the bush but they are a great set of lads and I have a lot of respect for them.

‘Our away form has been our Achilles heel and we have to put it right, and although sometimes things happen that you can’t explain it is very frustrating.’

Henri Camara’s goal was the difference when the sides met at Bramall Lane, but tonight will provide a different prospect entirely. Posh are yet to beat the Blades in a League game, but with United’s away form of late, they’re sure to fancy their chances.
