With all playing 46 League One games in the 2016/17 season, the race for the League One Golden Boot is over for this year.
With goalscoring so far this season, the Golden Boot race was pretty much a three player race with Billy Sharp (Sheffield United), James Vaughan (Bury) and Josh Morris (Scunthorpe United) best placed to take the recognition this season.
With the final game in the year played though in the division, Billy Sharp is the clear winner sitting on 28 goals for the campaign and James Vaughan was four strikes behind him.
So limited to those with twelve or more strikes for the year, here’s the final table.
