Sheffield United moved themselves into fourth place in the Championship table with a 3-2 victory over Brentford at Griffin Park on Tuesday evening.

Despite falling behind initially, an own goal from the hosts was built on by Oliver Norwood and Leon Clarke to give the travelling fans reason to celebrate on the night.

Having tested the opposition goalkeeper more than anyone else in the game, it’s not exactly a shock to see 27-year-old Norwood handed the Man of the Match rating by Whoscored.

They gave him a score of 9.14 immediately post-game for his efforts, and the fellow four players to complete our top five on their system fell short by some margin.

Conor Washington picked up 7.40, Enda Stevens 7.29, John Egan 7.02 and John Fleck 6.96.

Having been on a run of three games without a victory though, this was certainly much needed and it keeps us well in the mix of the Play-Off spots and only three points from Norwich City who occupy top spot in the table so I doubt many are grumbling.
