Sheffield United’s social media team are no strangers to trying to gee fans up with the work they do on Twitter. They’re always posting photos of various players in training, and some of the additional content has really got fans engaged. Although there might have been more to this tweet than meets the eye.
The Blades posted a photo of United’s number one Dean Henderson during training, which in and of itself might not seem all that suspicious or out of the ordinary.

However, the fact that this was posted in the immediate aftermath of Jordan Pickford’s error in Everton’s game against Manchester United, might suggest that there were more ‘sinister forces’ at hand when it came to the Blades’ decision to post the tweet. And that’s something that certainly didn’t escape the eyes of many fans on Twitter when they responded to the tweet.
