Sheffield United will once again be without Stephen Jordan who faces his third spell on the sidelines this season.

The left-back, signed on a free transfer in the Summer will be out for around six weeks, this time with a damaged ankle following an awkward fall in the defeat to Bristol City.

It will give another chance for former Tranmere Rovers full-back Andy Taylor who has been waiting for his opportunity since losing his place in the side last month. Other options for Speed include moving Nosworthy across to full-back (please god no) and bringing young Danny Batth into the side, or even utilising loanee Ellan Parrino who has not featured since his arrival from Estudiantes.

Young left-back Phil Roe recently returned to Retford United on loan, following a successful first-month with the Lincolnshire outfit.
