Sky sports have flexed their muscle already with Sheffield United’s opening game of the league 1 season seeing the kick-off time changed so it can be shown live.
Bristol City’s visit to Bramall Lane will still take place on Saturday 9th August it appears, however this will now kick-off at another time and not 3pm. It’s looking like a 12:15 or 12:45pm kick-off now?
It’s not taken sky sports long to start their disruptions to the 2014/2015 season has it!
No doubt this isn’t going to be the last fixture change so it can be shown live on the box, but at least plenty of notice has been given so that is some consolation, albeit minimal.
We can rest assured that as the season unfolds this amount of notice given will not happen….
