It would appear as though these Blades fans have been left rather excited about the prospect of the football season going all the way into the summer.
With the FA announcing yesterday that the Premier League season won’t be restarting until 30th April at the earliest, leaving open the possibility of club football being played well into the summer months, you’d think that it might leave some fans getting a case of withdrawal symptoms.
But perhaps it’s the fact that the team are so close to qualifying for a European space, and as a result getting one over on Karren Brady and West Ham United who wants to see the whole league stopped as a whole, Blades fans greeted the news with great pleasure, as it meant that their chances of qualifying for Europe were still a possibility.
So, basically, in a round a bout way, we are going abroad https://t.co/4OG2p5zvnw

As long as we can keep the fitness up and the belief going we will be fine. Europe is still on UTB

And of course, if you know your history, any chance to try and get one over on West Ham is always a good thing.
