Manchester United boss, Erik Ten Hag will be seeking to cure their Wembley headache when they host relegation-threatened Sheffield United tonight. The Red Devils secured their place in the FA Cup Final on Sunday after (narrowly) defeating Championship club, Coventry City, on penalties after surrendering a three-nil lead. Although, the Sky Blues ought to have gone through but were (wrongly) denied a last-minute goal in extra-time after VAR ruled out a match winner – deeming it offside!

It was a close shave for a transitional Manchester United side who, on paper, were expected to sweep aside their lesser opposition, but will have a lot to prove when they face their nearest rivals, Manchester City, in the showcase final at Wembley for a second year running on 25th May.

The Red Devils currently lay ninth in the Premier League table and have won once in their last seven league matches with a 2-0 victory over Everton on 9th March and will be desperate for a victory against the Blades as they aim for a final push towards securing a European spot.

Manchester United will be looking to complete the league double over Sheffield United after they narrowly beat the Blades 2-1 at Bramall Lane on 21st October, with Oli McBurnie netting from the penalty spot for the S2 club.
