Dismal Blades Go Blunt

Since arriving to the top flight, Sheffield United have failed to win a single game.

An unfortunate draw with Blackburn last week added to the recent dismay at the club and this weeks 2-1 loss to Reading stretched the run without a league win to five games for the newbies.

This week’s clash of the new boys could have out the reality in to perspective. The match displayed how much further Reading had come compared to Sheffield United
since the end of last season.

There were bad signs after just 16 seconds.
Kevin Doyle gave the visitors a dream start. After 25 minutes, a strike from
Seol Ki-Hyeon dampened hope further. Though Robert Hulse managed to pull one
back on the hour mark it was not enough.

The goal will be seen as little consolation to the three points dropped against arguably some of the easiest opponents that could have been faced.
