Sheffield United boss Paul Heckingbottom is expected to field the same starting XI which was victorious at Hull City in their last outing when they head to Swansea City tomorrow night and is likely to field in-form Oli McBurnie to face his former club.

The Scotland international scored 22 league goals in 39 league games for the Swans during his time in South Wales between 2015 and 2019, before signing for the Blades in a deal believed to be worth £20million in August 2019.

Swansea City will host the Blades at the Swansea.com Stadium tomorrow night (13th September 2022), with the match kicking at 7:45 PM.

McBurnie netted his third goal in as many games after scoring the first goal in the 2-0 victory at Hull City on 4th September in the Blades’ last outing. He also netted in the 4-0 victory over Reading, and in the 1-1 draw at Luton Town. His goal at Hull came on 20 minutes after cutting in from the left-hand side before drilling the ball home at the near post with a riffling effort from outside the box. Maximum points were secured after Sander Berge’s effort found the net on 75 minutes.

It is believed that Heckingbottom swill name an unchanged starting eleven for the third successive game running at Swansea, before they travel to Preston this coming Saturday prior to the international break.

The Blades are boosted by the return to training of skipper Billy Sharp, although it is uncertain as to when he will return to the matchday squad.

Expected Line-Up:

(3-5-2); Foderingham, Baldock, Berg, McBurnie, Lowe, Ahmedhodzic, Norwood, Doyle, Ndiaye, Norrington-Davies.
