Sheffield United manager Kevin Blackwell has indicated that there could be changes to the side for tomorrow’s FA Cup third round tie against QPR.

‘It may be a chance to give some of my senior players who need games the chance to play but we will field a strong side.’

Darius Henderson and Jordan Stewart are expected to miss out, but Marcel Seip, Gary Naysmith and Glen Little could be given starts, and a debut in Seip’s case.

Mark Bunn continues in goal after extending his loan spell until the end of the season.

After being a part of the Blades FA Cup run in 2003, Blakwell is fully aware of what success in the competition can bring to the club, so will be looking for it to continue in 2010.

‘I have enjoyed some great cup days with United and I know what a run can do for morale and the fans.

In the last couple of years we have done quite well in the FA Cup and we would like to keep that going. Last season we went out in controversial style at Hull City in a replay, and on Sunday, like then, my team will be going for it.’
