Sheffield United secured a crucial three points thanks to a late own goal at Bristol City.

The blades came into the game on the back of back-to-back defeats and desperately needed something at their fellow strugglers.

A resolute defensive display earned United the three points and they won the game with just 13 minutes remaining when Aden Flint turned Tony McMahon`s cross into his own net.

The win for the blades lifts them up to twenty-first in the League One table.
