It seems that Bryan Robson may try and tempt Tottenham’s Wayne Routledge to come on loan to the Blades.
Routledge, who can play on either wing, has only made two appearances for Spurs so far this season.
The lure of regular first team football may be enough to tempt the talented youngster to come to United on a short term basis, according to the Sheffield Star.
The injuries to Hendrie and Naysmith, coupled with Geary’s suspension, have left United very light on the left, leading to the rumours that Robson is keen to bring in a short term replacement.
