Davis, a Jamaican international picked up the injury during the Blades 0-0 draw in the Tuesday night friendly at League Two outfit Nott’s County, limping off after 66 minutes.
Neil Warnock told the club’s official website: ‘Claude had to come off as a precaution. He keeps aggravating the knock he picked up earlier in pre-season.
‘We will have to make a decision on whether to rest him or take him to Holland, but we will find out more in the next 24 to 48 hours, its a case of wait and see.’
