Sheffield United came back down to earth with a bump losing 2-1 at Notts County.

The blades went into the game on the back of their FA Cup triumph at Aston Villa last week and with just one defeat in their last ten games.

All looked to be going to plan when Conor Coady, who extended his loan deal from Liverpool in the week, linked up well with Chris Porter to fire the blades ahead inside two minutes.

County levelled just before the half hour when Jamal Campbell-Ryce drilled a ball into the area, coming off Enoch Showunmi and into the net.

The home side got the crucial winner halfway through the second half when George Long could not hold Mark Fotheringham`s shot and the County player followed up to tap home the rebound.

Jose Baxter came closest to earning the blades a point but his effort fizzed just wide.
