Sheffield United brought the curtain down on a very successful 2018/19 Championship campaign and although we couldn’t take victory over Stoke City, all that matters is promotion is ours and we now prepare for life back in the Premier League.

It was a mixed performance really and we had to fight back from being behind on two occasions to take the point and Norwich City lift the title this year, but manager Chris Wilder certainly wasn’t going to let that ruin his mood.

Statistics website Whoscored had pretty decent player ratings given our efforts on the day, even if a point was probably fair, and Enda Stevens lifted Man of the Match with a score of 7.58 for his efforts on Sunday afternoon.

Completing the top five best performers in their system were David McGoldrick (7.26), Kieran Dowell (7.22), John Fleck (7.13) and Billy Sharp (7.34).

Fans will continue to debate Ryan Shawcross’s handball and how that affected the game, but I guess plenty will need to sober up first.
